Company Name: 360 Direct Access

360 Direct Access is committed to making responsible operational decisions that support environmental sustainability and reduce our overall environmental impact. Our sustainability approach is proportionate to our size, operational model, and service delivery methods, and is focused on practical, measurable actions.
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions & Air Quality
360 has taken deliberate steps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with daily operations. Since 2023, our entire workforce has operated in secure, virtual telework environments, eliminating the need for commuting to and from physical office locations. This significantly reduces emissions associated with transportation and contributes to improved air quality by minimizing vehicle-related pollutants.
Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Considerations
Our virtual operating model reduces energy consumption by eliminating the need for office facilities, physical data centers, and on-premise infrastructure. We rely on reputable cloud service providers that operate energy-efficient data centers and continue to evaluate providers with strong environmental and renewable energy practices as part of our vendor selection and review process.
Carbon Offsets
While 360 does not currently participate in formal carbon offset programs, our primary sustainability strategy focuses on emissions avoidance and reduction through telework, digital operations, and efficient technology usage. We periodically review opportunities to further offset our environmental impact as the organization grows.
Water Quality and Consumption
Because 360 operates as a fully virtual organization without physical offices or manufacturing facilities, our direct water usage is minimal. This operational model inherently reduces water consumption and eliminates risks associated with water discharge or water quality impacts.
Waste Reduction
360 prioritizes waste reduction by relying almost exclusively on electronic documentation, digital workflows, and cloud-based storage. For nearly 100% of our operations, we have eliminated the use of physical printers, paper, ink, and related office supplies, significantly reducing solid waste generation.
Sustainable Resources
We minimize the use of physical resources by leveraging cloud-based systems, digital communications, and remote collaboration tools. Where physical equipment is required (e.g., employee devices), we encourage responsible lifecycle management, including reuse, secure data wiping, and environmentally responsible disposal through approved vendors.
Responsible Chemical Management
Due to our service-based, virtual operating model, 360 does not use or store hazardous chemicals as part of normal operations. Any incidental exposure to chemicals (such as those associated with standard office equipment or electronics) is managed through vendor compliance with applicable environmental and safety regulations.
